Happy Birthday to Me!
Haha.. It's my birthday.. It's pretty cool..
I totally enjoyed this one.. And last year's.. It's like the best I ever had! and yet better still to come :D
I think life is so much better when you have friends and loved ones around you. They give you strength, by helping you out physically and emotionally. Even if they're not here, you know they'll be there. Hehe.. Especially you, who's here for me, and I think I'm the luckiest person on Earth!
I've been hoping around games lately.. Mainly because I can't play WoW. When I had it, I didn't play like 24/7, and level like a mad man.. That doesn't mean I didn't enjoy it.. It has like the best game mechanics and the most balanced item system ever. It's gonna be in the hall of fame of games along with FF VII. I went bumping around for some online MMOs. And free one at that, so that I can just play for fun.. If I'm paying, WoW is the only one :P
Found this "free" game called Free realms. What surprised me, was not the fact that it looked like WoW, played like it, but it managed to bring a side of the engine that was appealing! All the combat was rather similar without the deaths, you just get knocked out.. And each of the quest involves some form of minigame. You don't really know what's gonna come out, it's not just a bunch of lame stuff stitched together, it's uniquely done :) BUT and a super big BUT. Some/most of the content needs to be unlocked by payment. UBER BIG DOWNSIDE. I mean, I will only pay to play WoW. The rest of the games out there is just.. Not worth it. Too bad.
I had Marche for my birthday.. And due to its overwhelming menu, I had only? I mean, I had 2 main dish. LOL. So.. I wanted to look for the menu, it's not online.. But I found some blog posts about Marche. You know something? Going overseas changes what you know about the world. And people, get your ass to countries that are not just cheap. Stop visiting cheap ass places. And stop whining about Singapore food being expensive. We pay $0.80 for a can of coke, $2, max. In Perth, you pay AU$3.50 for ANY soft drink. Com'on man, different country, different. I've been to My'sia too, and you know what? It's not the price that makes it worthwhile, it's the freaking top-tier service. If you want cheap, go eat oats everyday. Be a horse. Go do something stupid and eat "free" food in prison. LOL. And having said that, I think it's cheap. Com'on man, you don't even pay service charge of 10%. It's about the same price as.. Swensens. Changing Appetite. Secret Recipe. They're all good in their own way. :)
And lastly, happy birthday to me. I think my life is wonderful, maybe just need more time to enjoy it. :)
